OSP International LLC Giving Away Raffle Prizes to PMI Chapters

OSP International is offering a monthly prize to be raffled off at the dinner meetings of the PMI Chapters all around the world. OSP International LLC is a company that does PMP preparation and is a recognized education provider.

It is actually 2 prizes and the winner can select which one she/he would like to get. Why are there 2 prizes to choose from? Because one prize is for PMP preparation and the other for earning PDUs:

• Option 1: The PM PrepCast:This is our complete, 42 hour long video course that prepares you for the PMP Exam. The PM PrepCast is targeted at anyone who is looking for "classroom style" training for the PMP exam. It is a series of about 120 video and audio lessons that you watch at your own pace and following your own schedule. They will teach you everything you need to know for the exam. You receive a certificate for 35 contact hours upon completion of our Final Exam.
• Option 2: The PDU Podcast: This is a video podcast that allows PMPs or PgMPs to earn PDUs just by listening to their iPod (or other media player). Currently earns you 21.75 PDUs. Enjoy the freedom of earning your PDUs anywhere: Get project management webinars delivered to your iPod and earn at least 1 PDU every month. Simply download the webinars to your iPod and play them wherever you are. Your PDU Podcast™ puts you on autopilot for your re-certification. New webinars arrive monthly. Automatically. Work the webinars into your schedule and not the other way around. Play them when you have the time. Presentations from the experts in the field who make their years of hands-on experience available to you. Earn as many PDUs as you like. There is no limit to how many PDUs you can earn in this category.

In this way, the winner can select the one prize that is appropriate for his/her needs. For instance, a PMP who wins would select The PDU Podcast to earn PDUs, and if someone wins who is preparing to take the exam then they would select The PM PrepCast to help them get their 35 contact hours and study all the concepts for the exam. Once a chapter decides to take up the offer, they recieve the following materials:

• PMI Chapter Giveaway Voucher and Announcement pdf - Page 1 of this document is a voucher that you can print, sign and hand to the winner of the raffle. The voucher also contains instructions for the winner on how to claim the prize. On page 2 of this document is a short text that can be read as a suggestion. However, Chapters can feel free to ad lib.
• PMI Chapter Giveaway Presentation Slide.ppt - This is a MS PowerPoint slide about the prize consisting of one slide only that tells a bit about the prize which can be shown during the meeting. This is not required, but we would be greatful if included.

So, if a chapter has a monthly dinner meeting with at least 100 attendees, then they can have 1 PrepCast/PDU Podcast every month. (12 per year). For smaller dinner meetings, they can do this raffle every 2 months (6 per year). If they want to raffle off prizes at a one-time event (i.e. special Symposium or Conference), they can have 1 license of each of our products to give away.
