PMP Exam Q&A in Less than 140 Characters

twitter-logo-breakoutOccasionally, I receive PMP exam related questions via Twitter. Answering these questions is a challenge, because I need to reduce what is actually a complex discussion into 140 characters or less - because that is all that Twitter will allow.

Here are the questions and my answers that I received via Twitter in the past two days for your entertainment:

  • Question: @corneliusficht Are you think that is reason for PMI take the stakeholders as new knowledge area?!
  • Answer: Keeping stakeholders happy is a key success factor on all projects, so the PMBOK® Guide emphasizes this.
  • Question: corneliusficht what is the suitable programs used for design the WBS?!
  • Answer: I have no particular recommendation for WBS design software. I have use Visio, Excel and Word. They all work.
  • Question: @corneliusficht and what's the deference [sic] between work packages and activities?!
  • Answer: A work package is at the lowest level of the WBS. An activity is an item from your schedule.

What do you think... how did I do? Are the answers adequate? And if not... how would you answer them in 140 characters or less?
