Today I'm getting into the spirit of Christmas and I present to you "The 12 PMP Exam Resources of Christmas". These are the resources that I recommend that every PMP exam student considers as he/she is preparing for the PMP exam:

1. PMP Credentials Handbook - Official information from PMI. Read at least the first 20 pages to understand the basics of the exam
2. PMBOK Guide - Read it at least twice. About 75% of the concepts needed for the exam come from here.
3. Your Local PMI Chapter - There is a good chance that your local PMI chapter offers a relatively inexpensive PMP Exam Prep Workshop. Get in touch with the Director of Programs / Education and find out how they can help you.
4. Achieve PMP Exam Success -This is the book that I used to prepare for the PMP Exam. I like the style. I like the women who wrote it. And it comes with a CD packed full of great sample exam questions.
5. PMP Exam Prep 6th Edition - This is the "classic" PMP exam prep book from Rita Mulcahy that everyone always talks about. I didn't like it. Personally prefer the one above. But I mention it anyway because I recognize that it has helped thousands to pass and I still recognize it as a very valuable resource.
6. The PM PrepCast - 38 hours of video and 10 hours of MP3 audio to prepare you for the exam. Get your PMP Exam Prep in an easy to follow format. (My own product).
7. PM Formulas - The 49 formulas you need for the exam. Nicely explained. (My own product).
8. PM FlashCards - Put these 1,750 cards onto your mobile device and then study anywhere you go. (My own product).
9. Your very own Brain Dump Sheet - Take the information from your study materials and condense it. Then condense it again. And again until the most important facts fits onto just a few pages. The idea isn't to actually use this sheet but the process of creating it will enhance your learning.
10. Experience Verification Worksheet - This Experience Verification Worksheet will help you fill in the online PMP application. Gather all information in this worksheet first, the fill in the online application.
11. Contact Hour Worksheet - This Contact Hour Worksheet will help you determine, if you have enough Contact Hours to qualify for the PMP exam. 
12. PMP Exam Application Form PDF - This is the official PDF version of the PMP Exam application form. Use this only as a reference. All application should be done through the online portal and not with this form. But you can use this to see all the information that you will have to fill in online.
