In your career as a PM you probably heard it all, right? You've heard all the excuses that project team members make why they are late and you are tuned to certain "key words" that your boss drops that immediately tell you that "something" is up. I was contacted by a journalist from ZDNet who was writing an article about all these things that we PMs (IT PMs in particular) never want to hear.
